I have been experiencing issues getting emergency & non-emergency appointments & find it difficult to get through on the phone. I have found the attitude of the receptionists inappropriate & recently a particular GP who shouted at me. This left me feeling very upset which is very unlike me.
I feel like I have to fight to get an appointment at times & considering changing surgeries because of the issue.
