About: Spire Roding Hospital

I saw my consultant two weeks ago and was given a referral form to book an ultrasound. I did not know what dates I was available so I was told I could leave the form at the desk I was told to call once I knew my availability and book my scan. Once I had returned home and checked my work diary, I could see when I was available, so I called the Spire Roding and spoke to a lovely receptionist. I asked to be put through to X-ray. I spoke to a member of staff who was nothing other than rude and unhelpful and refused to book my scan. Whilst trying to find my form, they were going to put me on hold (although they didn't) and I heard them complaining to other colleagues. Whilst spending five minutes of being 'on hold' the phonecall was then cut off - I am presuming this was because they realised I was not on hold. I will never be attending this hospital again and I will surely be telling everyone I know of my experience.
