"not what i expected"

I came into hospital as a self pay patient had to have general sedation for my op discharged next day no after care offered just ring us if problem well yes there is a problem continual nausea and pain. rang the ward was told to have anti sickness tablets I live alone as an elderly person no family to help me could not collect the tablets was then told go to my doctor on a bank holiday weekend or get myself to a/e at lister hospital I now have to visit my doctor to find reason for continuous nausea and severe heatburn . no warning of after effects were given to me if I had know this I would not have had the procedure cost me 2.160 pounds to be left housebound now. I regret having this done.and to be honest feel that u took my money then left me to get on with it .
