"Faultless"

About: West Cornwall Hospital (Penzance)

Last Tuesday while on holiday in Cornwall my 14 year old hurt his ankle at St Michaels Mount and we were advised to have it checked at the hospital in Penzance.

Everyone was so kind and efficient and including X-rays we were out in not much more than a couple of hours.

Fortunately although really painful nothing broken.

Special thanks to the doctor in the UCC who looked after him so well-nothing was too much trouble, and also to the member of staff on the phone who made sure I didn't get a ticket in the car park.

The Wednesday before I had to go to A&E in Truro (one of those holidsys!) and what a difference.

The triage nurse that night was one of the rudest, most uncaring individuals I have had the misfortune to encounter.

Well done and thank you to all at Penzance.
