(as the patient),

I would like to thank Dr Allott for his time and hard work in trying to help find a reason to myself being sick every day. Every time I visit Dr Allott has taken time to listen and understand what I'am saying to him. Dr Allott takes time to explain any results that have come back from tests done and if anything that can be done to help. Even in my dark days of being down and just wanting to end things I have found it very easy to chat with Dr Allott about things.

We as a family thank you as without your time we would not be a strong family
