"Operation & Aftercare"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

(as the patient),

My wife & I cannot speak highly enough of the time at the QE, with the ward experience and especially of my visits to the Burns and Plastic Surgery unit which I had to attend after, especially of the Lead Nurse, Lynette, who was always smiling and gave me all the special care & advice I could wish for. The other nurses who attended to me, Helen, Eve M & Sarah M were much the same.

I could have spent thousands of pounds on private treatment and I am sure it would not have been to such an high standard.

All my outpatient appointments were no more than 5 minutes late, most before the appointed time.

My wife and I call Lynette, Wonder Woman because that was what she was to me.
The cleanliness of the hospital was top class. I would certain give the QE a 5 star rating for everything I experienced.

Finally, should you wish to use my experience as an 'advert' please feel free to do so.

All I can say is I can not thank enough the Team led by Lead Nurse, Lynette and the specialist, Mr. Chester, for everything they done for me and giving me their honest opinion and advice on all questions myself or my wife asked.

A real 5 star team.
