(as a relative),

My father was in Lindsay ward, Biggart Hospital for 6 weeks. I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff for the most wonderful care and attention he received. There was a great rapport between him and all the staff including Physio and OT. At all times he was treated with the utmost dignity and respect..

I will most certainly pass your thanks to the team at Lindsay Ward in the Biggart. I am aware of the close working between the teams and I am sure they will be delighted to see your post. I wonder if your intention was to mention OT, I am sure they will have been involved in your father's care too.
