Last night I took my daughter to a A&E, we went straight to reception where there was this rude arrogant member of staff with no customer service skills whatsoever Who need to be retrained in how to deal with the public especially when this is the first person to approach. They abruptly asked for my daughter's name date of birth address and what the problem was we felt like it was like a conveyor belt,

The receptionist was laughing and giggling with the other receptionist and they just stared at us as if what do you want disgraceful, get some new staff that know how to approach people with a bit of empathy.
