"Brilliant"

I recently attended the dermatology dept with my mam on the 26th August, we had a late appointment booked as we were traveling back from holiday that day, however we got stuck in horrendous traffic so we rang the dept to ask if my mam was still able to attend an appointment, we were told yes and were 45 minutes late. The staff were fabulous and we were very aware that we had inconvenienced them however no fuss was made and my mam who is 80 was over the moon to say the least as she was extremely anxious about her appointment, I would personally like to thank all the staff who were on duty that day especially the lovely receptionist, thank you and keep up the good work
