"Poor consultant"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Vascular surgery

I was first seen by a doctor who said they were going to speak to their boss and called a doctor. The doctor saw me for literally 5 seconds and then I later found out had completely changed my care for the worse all without even having spoken to me!

I was quite appalled by this.

I tried to speak to the doctor later but have been sent from pillar to post.

My thoughts basically were if these are the bosses what chance has the system got.
