"Extremely positive :)"

I had neck fusion surgery in May this year. From my first impressions of the hospital and meeting the consultant, I could not have been more impressed. The hospital is extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming. The consultant is hugely competent, extremely pleasant and reassuring and I felt confident and at ease before and after my surgery. The other hospital staff- nurses, anaesthetist, physiotherapist and receptionists, were also very welcoming and friendly. I did not feel that I was treated anything less than with the highest levels of care and respect and there is clearly no distinction between the way that private and NHS patients are treated. The food was of exceptional quality ( I didn't feel like eating immediately after my op, but couldn't turn down such lovely food!). I had two follow up consultations with the consultant and was again very impressed by their extremely pleasant manner. I have already recommended them and this hospital to two other people who require the same surgery I had. I could not recommend this hospital highly enough.
