"An Absolute Disgrace!"

From start to finish, I found this service to be a total disgrace!

From the receptionist, who didn't even deign to look at me when they were rudely taking down my details; to the total lack of communication and advice on what could be expected in terms of waiting time and whom to see - I was overwhelmed by such a totally unprofessional service!

There appeared to be 2 doctors on duty during the night I attended this clinic and I can honestly say that I have never seen anyone move any slower: glaciers move at a far quicker pace than these two doctors! If it weren't for the fact that I am unfortunately connected with an equally useless main doctors' surgery (Oakwood Surgery in Mansfield Woodhouse), I would have never had to attend this facility.

It suffices to say that I am looking into moving from my current doctors' practice ASAP so as never to have to go through such an unacceptable ordeal here ever again.
