"excellent care"

About: Lister Hospital / Accident and emergency

certainly. into a and even with renal.colic caused by kidney stones. staff listened as been suffering 24 years so I know what works and what doesn't.

was quickly seen by someone in triage, they were amazing, listened, took bloods, gave me pain relief and reassurance. they asked how I was every time they saw me whilst waiting for Dr.

had 3 days on 7b south urology ward. all the staff are amazing there from administration right up to sister in charge. hi to a particular person in housekeeping who makes a lovely cuppa.all in all I feel very well looked after and was kept updated of my treatment at all times.thank you

Thanks for the feedback Tony, which we have passed on to our A&E colleagues.

They will be delighted to read your kind words, but we also know - and for the right reasons of course - that they hope not to see you again any time soon!!
