"Arrival of my grandaughter"

Last week my daughter gave birth to my first grandchild. During labour she developed an infection which was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I am now a very proud and happy grandma. The care that was given throughout my daughter son in law and granddaughters stay was nothing short of wonderful. I would love to thank the midwife who delivered my grandaughteri know I can't name them but I'm alannahs mum and you were working nightshift on 17th august thank you so much from all of us you were amazing!

I am glad our midwives were vigilant and dealt with your daughter’s infection quickly and effectively. I will make sure your kind words about her care get passed to everyone involved.
