What I liked

Nothing at all. Rude and ignorant reception staff, incomptent nurse, un-cooporative midwife due to lack of time. Didn't make us feel involved and it was just a one way communication... No personal touch what so ever.

What could be improved

everything! create a welcoming atmosphere. Take your time with the patients and make them feel comfortable and build a trust. Better comunication between the staff. Take your time to get thing right the first time around rather than waisting time having to do stuff twice.

Anything else?

had to wait 1hrs to take a blood test, to then be told the staff had left for the day ages ago...talk about waist of time!!
