"Staff were so lovely"

The staff at BPAS Liverpool were absoultey lovely.

With a huge descion like this you expect people to never understand, and look down your nose at you, but every single person who worked there were very understanding, there was never any rushing in any descions you made. The whole procedure was very calming. I would like to thank all the staff for being so lovely and understanding.
