"Flexible Nice People, Helpful Support Staff"

Turned up for my CT scan one week early. They fitted me in. Called about results 10 days later. The person on the phone bent over backwards to help me. They faxed my Doctors, called them, called me back, spoke to a consultant and called me back again. They were like my personal tracker. They went above and beyond to calm my stress about the results. They works in the A&E dept somewhere. I respect their privacy but hope they get to see this. Thank you so much for everything you did.
