"Hip Replacement Operation Feedback"

About: Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre

Booked in for a Hip Replacement. All the necessary information was given in advance. Operation was cancelled due to skin infection but the whole situation was explained. Managed to get a date after some time but was not expected to wait forever. At each stage of the visit I was constantly kept in the picture (had a couple of problems) with precise but caring attitude.

The operation was explained and carried out exactly as understood. The cooperation and dealings with everyone from the Consultant to Cleaners (Seemed to work as a team) was excellent.

Cant believe the NHS gets such a bad press...if Shepton can do it why cant the rest of the country? Thank you
