"A10 toilets are disgusting"

About: Wythenshawe Hospital

Second admittance in 2 weeks. Spent a night and half a day on a10. I spent 5 minutes cleaning the toilet before I a sat down. The caked on crap on that toilet seat had not seen a cloth in days. I managed to clean it so how come the cleansing team hadn't. Wilson ward is the such a difference. Spotless and kept that way. I know staff are under pressure but the utter lack of information when requested is frustrating and counter productive.

Google gave me more information than my doctors.
