I was transferred from my local(large general hospital in London) after a routine op revealed I had an uncommon form of borderline cancer. First appt was excellent, only 10min late. Consultant thorough, professional, kind, caring the list goes on. Everything you need at the time. All staff, both medical and non medical were excellent. Tests arranged immediately, pre op assessment more thorough and helpful than previous hospital, ecg dept,ct scan dept ,blood test dept all deserve praise. It's no good having an all singing and dancing facility if it doesn't deliver the goods. Well RLH,you certainly did! Operation followed 21days later, impressed. Post op care on ward 8c delivered the same exacting standards.Food Foul, needs serious overhaul! Can't think of a single downside. Not once did I meet with questionable practices, hopefully I will not need further treatment but if that is the case it holds no concern regarding my care. Thankyou and well done.
