(as the patient),

I had a colonoscopy with sedation at the ERI. Dr Fraser and his team couldn't have made me feel more comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. They chatted to me through the process and it was much less unpleasant than anticipated.

The entire process, from booking in until discharge, went very smoothly and the staff were all very friendly and efficient.
