While my initial experience of the scanner centre left me feeling very unhappy I am pleased to say that since then things have improved considerably.

My feedback was taken seriously and I received a very comprehensive reply to the points I raised.

I was very satisfied with a more recent visit to the centre.

Just goes to show it is important to provide feedback direct as this gives the service the opportunity to put things right.

This is what happened in my case and I really appreciate it.
