Nurses were very helpful

Food very good

What could be improved

Toilet facilities in ward 10 very poor

The only place to wash was in small hand sinks.

The toilet cubicles were so small it was impossible to close door when attached to the

chemotherapy drip

We know that our wards at Mount Vernon, and not just the toilets are in need of an overhaul.

We are working with the owners of the overall Mount Vernon hospital site - the Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Trust, who are our landlords, to see what can be done.
