"Post op recovery"

About: Heartlands Hospital

I had surgery at the hospital in July supposed day case upon coming round in recovery I was informed that I would be admitted overnight that's not really a major issue for me but I do live 52 miles away from the hospital my main concern is that I was left in the recovery room on a trolley for over six hours when the normal time is around an hour I was never kept informed of what was happening nor was I seen by a doctor or given any type of explanation as to what was happening needless to say once my treatment is finished with at the hospital I will be writing a formal complaint
