I have been looking for contact details to find support for one of your current inpatients. As she was having a hard time with obs being missed, scans being delayed and finally being developed infection. Pals are advising the patient that she needs to be reminding nursing staff when to do obs etc. Where can patients seek support when pals are ineffectual?
