"Amazing Colon Cancer Team"

My mother has received colon cancer care at Wexham for the past 8 months. She was seen by the diagnostic team at the Lady Sobell and then the specialist surgeons, along with the colorectal nurses and then the colon oncology team including the chemo day unit. Every part of this process was efficient and compassionate and integrated with the other parts of the team. I attended most of the appointments with Mum and was so impressed by the level of care she received. I was almost sorry to say goodbye to everyone when she finished treatment because they had become part of the extended family. I would recommend Wexham as a centre for colon cancer treatment without hesitation and I thank the many teams there that dealt with us... Thank you for making a difficult uncertain time much more bearable.
