About: Adult mental health / Assertive outreach team

(as the patient),

I have been receiving care from Hampshire Partnership’s home treatment team for over 2 months. I have found them very generous with their time, responsive caring and a big help to me. Their efforts have kept me from being admitted and for that I am very grateful. It’s just a shame that you’re limited to how long they can provide help to you- which I think is 6 weeks. I’d like to have this kind of support available for longer. Still, they’ve been brilliant. Thank you.
