"Big Thanks to the midwife"

Big thanks to the a senior midwife at Hillingdon Hospital. When we were misguided by 3 different midwifes, triage and senior doctor regarding Iron infusion in the middle of the pregnancy and then we got to know this lovely person, a truly professional and kind hearted person, who made sure, we are in safe hands and doing the right thing. The member of staff is very confident and knows what they are doing. They promised us to get everything sorted on the same day and we believe, they had to stay longer after their shift finished just to make sure blood results are all good. We got another chance to see the midwife on the day our little princess were born at the hospital and they did the magic again, when we had to move to the ward from birth centre and we were told by another midwife to leave the room “Right now”, when we were just having a toast and tea provided by the hospital after 8 hours of labour, the midwife gave us time to finish our food. Our faith has come back to NHS once again, we need more of them, not only in Hillingdon but in every hospital. NHS should be proud of them.
