"First class care"

I had an emergency admission to Southend with an infected gallbladder and serious infection.

The ambulance arrived quickly and the care from that moment on was first class, especially how quickly I was attended to in A&E and admitted.

I stayed in Hockley Ward and the overwhelming majority of staff were caring and attentive.

Of course there could be minor niggles to mention but overall I personally cannot thank the staff enough.
