"Late - rude - not bothered"

About: New Cross Hospital

Still sat waiting for my 11:00am appointment at 12:30. Asked staff how long I would be waiting...first told half and hour, then an hour, then two!!! I was instructed to read a sloppy whiteboard message reading " clinic running late" as the excuse as why I was missing so much work and paying astronomical car parking fees. Apparently this is common here and I should allow at least two hours for appointments...are you joking...I bet my consultation lasts no more than 5 mins before I am waved away to pay a small lump sum for my parking.
