"switchboard/parking"

About: The Essex Cardiothoracic Centre

The switchboard is rarely answered, and when it is the person is very short, I dont doubt they are pushed to limit, but pleases and thank yous go a long way Once you get past the switchboard, if you can, then things are ok.

Parking, well where do I start, not enough space, to say.

the thing that is most annoying is the drop off out side the cardio thoracic unit. 30 min max.

people including disabled think it is their right to park there.

I was in the unit for 4 hours once, unusual.

and the cars never moved, so unfair, the propblem should be addressed.

We would all like to do that, and not have to wait to go in the pay park.hopefully it will be my last visit next month.

I visited nearly every month last year, so a huge problem for me and alread 4 times this year
