The fact that A and E was empty when we arrived
What could be improved
The time it took to see a doctor. Three hours wait was rather a long to sit and worry about a loved ones continual bleeding.
Anything else?
The cold attitude of the staff on duty could not have been more uncaring. This hospital has a bad reputation locally and no wonder.
