"Waiting for transfer from gloucester Royal hospital to Cheltenham general hospital"

Been waiting for transport since 15: 00 hrs, now 20: 00 hrs been signed off at gloucester and signed into Cheltenham but still waiting in Gloucester, despite 4 calls to Aviva by hospital still no vehicle arrived, told they are too busy,, I don't think they are not employing enough staff to run the service.

I am sorry to hear that you experienced a delay in transport between Gloucester and Cheltenham.
