"Brilliant staff in the cardiac angiography suite"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

I had a catheter ablation on the 17th of August in the angiography suite.I was very scared and anxious. The staff were kind, compassionate, patient and very understanding. I cannot thank them enough as I have not always had such care on the NHS elsewhere. They were true professionals who cared deeply for their patients. Thank you.

Response from John Radcliffe Hospital

Thank you very much for taking the time to give this lovely feedback. It is great to hear that staff members were so kind and understanding and this meant that they were able to reassure you through this difficult process. As a Trust, we see compassion as a vital characteristic for all staff to possess and demonstrate in their daily working life; it's great to hear that you experienced this characteristic in those you met. Your comments will be passed on to the team.
