"Wonderful team very efficient care"

I attended the Urgent Care unit for what I thought was a sprained ankle. I was seen immediately where they assessed the urgency of my treatment, within the hour I'd had an x-ray and a short wait later saw another nurse who diagnosed a fracture and plastered my foot. Overwll everyone one was extremely helpful and careful, every stage was explained in detail so I felt reassured by their knowledge and expertise. I was extremely concerned to lose my local A&E but I feel confident in the capability of the Middlesex Urgent Care Team.
