I cannot thank all the staff who dealt with me enough; they were kind, patient and considerate.

All my fears were addressed with care and sensitivity and I was kept fully informed about what was going to happen to me.

In a climate of criticism, it's about time the NHS were given credit for what they do; I was staggered by what staff were able to achieve in spite of the huge demands on their time and it seemed that everyone was already doing something when being called upon to attend to something else.

I would have no reservation in recommending Russell's Hall A&E to anyone who needed genuine emergency treatment.
