Posted many months ago about the poor conditions in the male toilets close to reception just across from the WRVS cafe. After further numerous visits it is upsetting to see nothing has improved.
Regardless of what time I have been the toilet always have a very strong horrible odour (more than just to do with cleaning) and the flooring is badly and permanently stained and desperately needs replaced. It is extremely worrying this this has not been addressed despite being brought to the hospitals attention.
This also raised the questions what other things are not up to acceptable standards in the hospital behind the scenes if this is one of the first things you come across. As before I was to reiterate this is not a concern down to lack of cleaning but the fundamental fabrics and quality of the toilets and plumbing.
