What I liked

The professionalism of all the staff from the student nurse to the consultant. I had a knee replacement. Everyone was so kind and considerate to me, I couldn't fault the treatment I received. The support was far above my expectations and should I have to go in again, I wouldn't worry.

What could be improved

The car parking facilities!

Anything else?

I was in my own room all the time so I found the facility of having my own phone and television useful - especially the telephone. I could contact my husband whenever I wanted and it saved him having to phone the staff every day but also kept us both in touch with events.Well worth the cost of £20 to save him having a long drive everyday and the worry of parking,

We are sorry about the parking situation currently but we can assure you that this will improve as construction work progesses.
