Whilst visiting my mother at the hospital each time we had to go in via the tempory entrace and the door way was always packed with patients and vistors smoking my wife can not walk quickly as she uses a walking stick so we have to go pass everyone smoking and i am sure that there are signs up to inform people that there is no smoking within 15meters of the hospital walls. Also there is a shelter oppisite the entrance for paients and visitors to have there smoke.
