About: Gravesham Community Hospital

Believe it or not, today after waiting for an hour and a half when the board said 1 hour, and four people had left the miu after treatment no one was being called into the unit leaving me wondering why ... I approached the receptionist to ask for an idea of how long the wait might be and the board now read two hours ! I asked how long and they said your one of the next, ok I understand we all have to wait, when I asked why the wait had gone from 1 hour to two hours they said they had all gone to lunch! Leaving 12 people in the editing room, literally this service was not operational due to the staff lunching, is it me or is it not common sense that the lunch breaks need to be staggered to keep a service in place ! Old people and children left on a hot day just waiting for what? Shocking just shocking
