"Appointment, why bother, they don't stick to it"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital

Having an appointment with my son for a ultra sound, the appointment time should have been 15.10. We were actually moved into the Radiology department waiting area at 15.40. We saw a technician at 16.00 and left at 16.05,

If you can't keep appointment times why bother with them at all, Ten minutes, not too bad, but 50 minutes is really absolutely appalling.

We are sorry you had a protracted wait. We do try to keep to appointment times as much as posible; however, the radiology department also provide a service for in patients and emergencies, and some examinations can take longer than expected, which can cause delays.
