What could be improved

the hospital repeatedly failed my elderly mother who is unable to chew,Food she could not eat was repeatedly given her and she was left in wet clothes for long periods of time.We repeatedly told them she needed mashed or pureed food but were ignored.She has now been sent home with no suitable walking aid ,even though they promised this would not happen,and she has a fractured pelvis.Being from Halifax and having spent time in hospital there, my advice to anyone in bradford is DONT GET ILL!,because the level of care in bradford hospitals is DISGRACEFULL.

When my mother has been in either main bradford hospital her health has deteriorated very quickly.The care poeple recieve in areas such as calderdale is like a different world.
