"The staff were very sympathetic and helpful"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I fell in my bathroom at home and broke my wrist and cut my head. I arrived in the Emergency Department at about 9. 00 am and was dealt with quickly and kindly. The procedure for getting my wrist back into position was explained to me and I was given gas and air during the procedure. The staff who dealt with me were very sympathetic and helpful.
