What I liked the staff were all very friendly What could be improved? the seats ("plastic bucket" type) in the day unit waiting room are not very comfortable, particularly if you have a long wait - you can't relax in them - and I had a four hour wait!

Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm that ten new chairs have been ordered and we plan to replace all of them.
