I went here for a routine colonoscopy. Not a great thing to get done, already had it once. The endoscopy Unit has been refurbished since I was last there and looks brilliant. There is a lot more privacy since the refurb for what is an embarrassing procedure. The nurses were brilliant, so helpful and friendly and professional. My doctor was great! Felt safe the whole way throughout. There was an hour long wait to get seen for my appointment but this was apologised for by the staff. The best way this experience could have went.

Thank you for posting and for your compliment about the the new unit, though I am sorry that you had a bit of a wait. I can understand why you would not be looking forward to having your colonoscopy procedure and I was glad to read that our staff's professionalism and friendliness helped you through your colonoscopy and made you feel safe.
