"Uncaring, insensitive A and E staff"

Rude, insensitive, uncaring staff who would not help me get my injured daughter out of the car. A nurse said the only help they could give was to call the fire brigade and get them to cut the roof off and get her out that way. Then a triage nurse who did not triage appropriately and was going to let a severely in pain person whose venous return was compromised to wait. We also saw some good staff but alas the bad lets the good down. I am ashamed of the NHS.
