"Inadequate"

About: North Tyneside General Hospital

My son has had knee problems for weeks. Has been on numerous pain relief including morphine had a scan and MRI. Waited more than two hours to see a consultant and still no further forward. MRI results gone to wrong radiographer so hadn't seen them. Offered physio without a diagnosis which could worsen the problem and admitted didn't know what the problem was. Supposed to be calling him this week for an update. We will see!!

Why want the appointment cancelled and given to someone else that would benefit from it. I realise the nhs is in trouble but surely common sense comes to mind and my son is still in agony and cannot walk!!

Absolutely disgusting !

I can appreciate how upsetting it must be to see him in pain and understand why you're feeling so frustrated.
