What I liked
My 92 year old mother was admitted to ward 3 in January 2010. The standard of treatment she received was exemplary but, just as important, she was cared for with great compassion, dignity and respect at all times. It was a difficult time for our family but the staff recognised this and supported us wonderfully. Our special thanks to the ward sister who was a star!
What could be improved
It was sometimes difficult to find somewhere to park the car.
Anything else?
Only our sincere thanks to everyone; we didn't feel like just another statistic but made to feel like we mattered and that is something that is becoming rare in these days of measures and league tables.
