"Appalling experience"

About: Chelsea & Westminster Hospital

Lazy staff members in TC in recovery stage 2. Horrible management who lied about bed availability when I was unable to go home. When my husband requested to speak to management, they refused. When I was finally taken to the ward there were many empty beds and staff nurse conirmed beds were empty all day but yet the management said there were no free beds. Staff from TC had to chase the management on several occasions to get back to us re a bed. Night nurses on the ward did not speak proper English which was very concerning. I discharged myself at the end as too many things have gone wrong on that day and I did not feel safe staying a night. This is not even half of my complaint. Definitely will be making a formal complaint.
