"Facet joint injections"

About: Sloane Hospital

I was very well informed from the time I was given my initial referral for the severe pain in my facet joints. All the decisions made were in complete consultation with myself. The communication from the hospital was excellent. Be it on the phone, in writing or by email. The treatment received was beyond excellent and I have nothing to fault in the care given to me for the day that I stayed there for my surgery. All the big and the fine details of my stay were all worked out in advance. If I'd forgotten anything, then these were duly taken care of on the day itself too. The breakfast served was oh so lovely (as I was starving anyway after the procedure.) So, all in all, I've got absolutely nothing to fault for this hospital. Be it the pre-care, all the details of the surgery, the procedure itself and all the care afterwards. The doctor who carried out the procedure was a true professional and all the staff were also very lovely, welcoming and charming. No complaints whatsoever. Recommended!
